Our average turn around time is 3-14 business days depending on the parts availability (Covid has increased some parts lead times and costs), and the complexity of the repair.  We work extremely hard to provide you with timely service so you can enjoy your RV.

We’ve found that warranty companies seldom want to pay for actual time in and parts costs on repairs.  If you bring your RV in for a warranty claim we can handle the repairs but you as the owner will be responsible for the cost of the repairs and are able to seek reimbursement from the warranty company at your leisure.  We are happy to provide a detailed invoice to help you to be reimbursed to the maximum extant possible.

Standard Shop Labor Rate (3-14 Day Lead Time): $155  / Hour

Emergency Priority Express Service (Same/Next Day Service): $300 / Hour

Do you need express emergency service? This brings you to the front of the line for those emergency repairs that are sometimes needed to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.

Mobile Repair:

Standard (7-14 Day Lead Time): $155 service call fee (see map below) to bring the truck there and $155 / hour plus parts.

Emergency Priority Express Service (Same/Next Day Service): $155 (see map below) to bring the truck there and $300 / hour plus parts.
